Before your visit
When should I arrive? Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to fill in a short health form, change and enjoy a cup of tea. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so the next guest is not kept waiting.
What should I wear? Nothing special. We give you a robe, slippers and disposable underwear; lockers are provided for your belongings. During a massage you are always covered with a towel, and only the area being treated is uncovered. For the hammam, bring a swimsuit if you prefer.
I am pregnant or have a health condition. Can I book? Tell us when you book and on the health form. We offer gentle treatments from the second trimester, but no hot stones, hammam or deep-tissue work during pregnancy. If you have high blood pressure, heart problems, varicose veins, a recent injury or surgery, or a skin condition, please check with your doctor first; your therapist will adapt or suggest another treatment.
Can I choose a female or male therapist? Yes. Choose your therapist when you book online, or tell us your preference by phone.
Bookings, deposits and vouchers
How do I pay? Most treatments are paid at the spa, by card or cash. The couples massage is paid in full online when you book, and the spa day package needs a $60 deposit online; the rest is paid on the day.
What if I need to cancel or move my booking? You can cancel or move a treatment free of charge up to 24 hours before. For later cancellations or no-shows, deposits and online payments are not refunded, but we are happy to move your booking once if you call us before your appointment time.
How do gift vouchers work? Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. The recipient books online or by phone and gives the code on the card at reception. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, but any difference can be paid on the day.
Can I buy the products I tried during my treatment? Yes, at reception or in this shop. We deliver all over Lebanon in 1–3 working days; delivery is free over $50. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; unopened items can be returned within 14 days.
